The Long Island Metro Lacrosse Foundation is proud to present its 39th Annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, a celebration of excellence and achievement in the sport of lacrosse. This prestigious event will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the elegant Long Island Marriott in Uniondale, New York.
The evening will begin at 7:00 PM with a buffet dinner reception, followed by the induction ceremony honoring the Class of 2024 Hall of Fame inductees. This year’s class features some of the most accomplished figures in lacrosse, including Jimmy Butler, Mike Ehrhardt, Matt Hunter, Peter Jacobs, Shannon Fabian Longo, Jose Olivero, Tom Schreiber, Rebecca Thorn, and Joe Zaffuto.
Special awards will also be presented, including the 2025 L.I.M.L.F. “Whitey Henrickson” Award to Louis J. Acompora and the Harvey Cohen 2025 Outstanding Service Award to Alden Dyckman.
