On Saturday, September 18, the Long Island Metropolitan Lacrosse Foundation re-dedicated the Long Island Lacrosse 9/11 Memorial located at Farmingdale State University Campus.
With the generosity of the Lacrosse community in the Tri-State region, the LIMLF was able to raise over $25,000 to add the names of many to the memorial and and to update the site with new lighting and benches. New memorial bricks, benches and a bolt from the World Trade Center are now included in the memorial.
